Google Bad Review 1: Took many calls to get them to come out in the first instance. Arrived with a ramshackle tool kit that looked like it had been bought from a boot sale. Diagnosed the problem as just about the most expensive part of the spa, ordered it in (took weeks to come back) & charged £600 to fit it. Spa worked on day one afterwards, but tripped the electricity every time we went to turn it on after that. Ajax then ignored our subsequent calls from then on. Unprofessional, useless company. I even told them that I would leave a negative review here but they ignored this too.
