Google Bad Review 1: Refrigerator broke. Office (she) did not call in repairmans diagnosis to AHS till 3 days later. They received compressor and we made apt with repaire man for Monday am. When we called office because they did not come, office (she) first hung up on us, then said we had no appointment and lied to AHS. We called AHS, and they called Air Quality. Tuesday got 3 calls from repair man that he was on his way. When no show, called office and she said she is NOT Going to SERVICE us!! This is 10 days after first visit and they were sent our compressor! Unbelievable,Terrible can't believe they are in business.

Google Bad Review (2): My Goodman heater wouldn't start. Called them and asked how much was a service call, woman said $120 plus cost of the parts. This was a weekday, normal business house service. They came and took 5 minutes to tell me I need a new ignitor part. They went and got it, installed in 2 minutes, all done. As they were running out I said, were is the paperwork, what do I have to sign, how about my payment. The office does that, he replied. Whats the cost of the part, $55 is the only thing he said. Days later I get a bill, $120 for the service call, $55 for the part AND another charge for $160 to install part, which took all of 2 minutes. So if you want a company with mystery billing charges pick them!
