Google Bad Review 1: I would not recommend to nobody this clinic. The services are not even close to Harley Street clinics. I went there having an consultation appointment. My appointment was for 4:15 and I stayed there until 4:45 without getting the chance to see the doctor (Dr. Victoria Virtosu). After this long waiting time I decided just to leave because they are obviously not serious at all and this is very disrespectful for me. I’ve always been avoiding this kind of services.
I don’t understand why do they work on reservations system if they don’t respect the time. During my waiting time nobody came at least to let me know what it’s happening or to update me in somehow or to apologise. After about 25 minutes I’ve asked the receptionist what’s my waiting time for my booking and only then she asked me for what time I had my reservation. This was absolutely ridiculous as exactly when I arrived there (by around 4:10) I’ve introduced myself and I specified the timing for my booking. She act like she knew about me and asked me to have a sit. After this she went to check with Dr Victoria Virtosu and when she came back she informed me that will not take longer than 5 minutes and she will call me for the consultation. After another approximately 10 minutes I was still there, waiting and I just left.
If you are looking for nice and peaceful services don’t go to Aestha Clinic. Better to choose something else.
Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review): Rejimon mathew
Google Bad Review (2): I was taking IV treatment from Dr Victoria but it didn't worked well at all. I wasted my money for six session. Then I tried facial cream for skin lightening.but it was utter failure I had lots of pimple on my face. I think the treatment which Dr victoria advises is not good it will not suit everyone. From my point of view Dr victoria should do more research to treat asian skin. She needs to learn more about asian skin and whether obagi product will suit asian skin. This is very important. In the first instance all creams are not suitable for everyone. So she should have supplied one month treatment course for the client. Rather supplying big bottles of cream. Now I am not using those cream i wasted my money. my review is not good. And i will not advised any one to go there it is wastage of money and time.
