Google Good Review: just come off the telephone after speaking to Barnet Adult Social Care customer service contact team who take initial calls into the service. I'd like to say thank you to staff member Saher. She was pleasant, informative and thoroughly persistent in finding out the correct team for my query and every time she had to put me on hold to investigate she apologised for any inconvenience caused. Due to her professional attitude and approach, and although the team she tried to put me through to was currently unavailable, she was able to tell me who I needed to contact when I phone back later and what I need to ask for. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
