Google Bad Review 1: Crooks. I booked a taxi through a (very large) corporate account. I was quoted £60 but billed £96! I took this up with customer services who outlined a vast number of additional charges (as per they policy they charge parking on top and at their own rates, not that of the airport) including an extra charge of VAT. Given that the original booking is inclusive of VAT this is totally fraudulent double-counting, but customer service refused to give me any refund. Will never use again.

driver beeped and overtook on the inside, gave me the finger and swerved towards me for letting a double decker bus into my lane. Then dangerously overtook with a moped in his lane, again on the inside and speed off through traffic.
