Google Bad Review 1: Acorn Landscaping were employed to install chainlink fencing and wooden fencing and a gate. They were also employed to lay gravel in a courtyard with York stone slabs and paint the walls white. This part of the job was done to a satisfactory standard. In addition they were supposed to finish off the sides to my entry gate but they did not complete this part of the job. The chain link fencing job was appalling. They either had no clue or tried to get away with doing a very substandard job with the cheapest of materials. When I complained the people who came to ‘rectify' the poor quality had no idea what to do. I have now had to have all their chain link fencing removed and reinstalled by a reputable company who knew exactly how this should be installed and used proper quality chain link with metal posts. In addition the wooden fence and gate were not installed to a proper standard. The fence was not even straight and the gate was bowed and it was difficult to close the lock as the hinges were in the wrong position. The posts were not in the ground to a sufficient level and the whole lot would have easily blown over. So again I had to have this work rectified. The chain link fencing was incorrectly installed and when it was removed the wooden posts were easily pulled out of the ground. Unfortunately I had no previous experience of having this type of fencing installed and was pretty horrified when I called for a second opinion and had to have it replaced. It is now all done superbly, properly tensioned and looks really good. I could never recommend Acorn and i had no faith in asking them to redo the job.

After sales has been appalling. Been waiting for a replacement gate for 8 months. Was told it would be next week on 4 separate occasions.
