Google Bad Review (2): Staff very rude and unprofessional. Hounded me with calls to choose their storage facility, on the day I dropped my stuff there, insisted on not giving me access to storage until proof of address, showed them my payslip. Yet they insisted they wanted a letter. Having in mind my letters/statements were tucked deep down in moving truck. Assured them i'll show them once items are offloaded and i can reach for it. Inshort it was hell. Spent nearly 2 hours doing registration before i was given access to a storage unit. Something that should have taken me a few minutes ended up costing me 2 hrs extra for man & van service. To cut the long story short they also closed down my account with no notification that they were going to or that they did. Only realized when i called to speak to them about paying for missed 1 months payment and staff was being passive aggressive.To make matters worse, their store manager is just as equally rude. Would never use again or recommend to anyone.
