Google Bad Review: Terrible customer service, don't take accountability when there are issues raised with the tech and provide endless excuses, especially around missing ‘sold properties/ data' & SSTC data and being told to simply just hide these slides repeatedly.
Happy to take the monthly retainer but shy away from any issues raised to the point of being told to be a silent customer after being lied to for months about an issue that was clearly ongoing because we continued to challenge it when it wasn't rectified or addressed.
