Google Bad Review 1: Wasted my money, a report more focused on protecting themselves legally than giving actual advice. You can't get to speak to the Surveyor himself, only office staff. Recommending £30ks worth of underpinning for a small crack in the garage wall is like advising brain surgery for a mild headache, the builders laughed at it

I have instructed the survey for the sole reason that i get accurate valuation
Jack the valuer used unmortgageable comparables and insisted that they are all mortgage despite the fact i contact all agents selling flats in that building and the agent that sold the flat and all confirmed it was cash only buyers as it is a concrete high rise build
Jack refused to support his claim
the report was done in unprofessional manners for example the valuer took the door of the next door flat and attached it to the report as the door of the flat
Jack took a photo of the boiler and give it a 3 rating without saying why and just put there what is in his template
other similar issues in the report but the main issue was the valuation was inaccurate as the comparables are not all comparables and valuer refused to correct his mistake or back his report with evidence that the property was mortgable
very very disappointed and feel i was conned
