Google Good Review: Toilet flush was not working. The flush kept on getting stuck. The engineer came one time, changed the flush and cleared all the mess! I will call the company for any future emergency!

Google Bad Review: Terrible Company – Dishonest and Unprofessional. Despite the claim for “no fix no fee” they charge a call out of 100 Pounds + VAT when you book. The task was a simple tap fix for my tenant. the plumber arrived and left with no work completed and left no paperwork. 2 weeks of calls to the office with promises that they will contact him as they also have no notes and can not advise me. Finally they agree to send another plumber out and they book an appointment. He does not arrive. After more phonecalls they finally advise me to call the MD which i do. He initially pretends to be the junior admin with no authority until i call him out (really, what kind of Senior Manager/MD behaves like that?!). He then gets really angry and advises he does not have time for me and that he will call me back. He never does. The office then raise a formal request for a refund (by now 4 weeks later and the tap is still not fixed) to the same MD and he refuses without giving any reason. Ultimately had to get a credit card refund and write to Trading Standards having spent over 50 pounds on telephone calls as i live abroad just to top it off. There are many reliable plumbers – sadly this is not one of them so exercise caution
