Google Bad Review 1: I had an unsavory experience getting a refund for a visa refusal. They were evasive to the very simple question of roughly how long the refund process would take. It took three emails to get the unhelpful blow-off response ‘our managers are reviewing and we will get back to you when we have an answer.' At this point I became worried I had been scammed especially after I read another review elsewhere complaining of their refund policy. During the review, I got the impression they would use every means available to deny a refund on technical grounds. Only after an angry phone call and more emails was the refund processed minus £225 + £27 online processing fee (most companies will at least refund the processing fee if the transaction is cancelled). At one point I was told it could take up to 2 months for the refund to be processed! I spent way too much time and energy. If the owner is reading this, feel free to contact me and I will forward all the emails so you can judge for yourself whether this was handled professionally by your staff.

Google Bad Review (2): (Translated by Google) I waited almost a year before writing this review, always hoping for some repairing or apology contact for a RUINED vacation to my son and his friend. The ABC has sent our children to a totally inadequate family: mother who leaves the boys with a twenty year old daughter and a handful of boys who visit her …., cannarola and in an environment of extreme dirt, without food (or that one consider it that) and at the end of the stay, with feeble excuses we reimburse one meal a day (a handful of euros) Honestly I won't even repay my dog! P.S. my son is a passionate photographer and has documented everything, including poop and dog piss all over the house, which were not removed for days and mold plantations in the fridge on pasta dishes in an advanced state of decomposition.

Ho aspettato quasi un anno prima di scrivere questa recensione, sperando sempre in qualche contatto riparatore o di scuse per una vacanza ROVINATA a mio figlio ed unasua amica. La ABC ha spedito i nostri figli presso unafamiglia totalmente inadeguata : mamma che lascia i ragazzi con una figlia ventenne ed una manciata di ragazzi che le fanno visita…., cannarola e in un ambiente di sporcizia estrema, senza cibo (o che si ritenga tale ) ed alla fine del soggiorno, con flebili scusanti ci rimborsano un pasto al giorno (una manciata di euro) Sinceramente non gli riaffiderei nemmeno il mio cane! P.S. mio figlio è appassionato fotografo ed ha documentato tutto, compreso cacca e pipì del cane per tutta la casa, che non venivano rimossi per giorni ed piantagioni di muffe nel frigo su piatti di pasta in avanzato stato di decomposizione.
