Google Bad Review 1: Placed our trust in a solid team at ABC to produce crucial launch material for a client, many weeks in advance. When time started to run out, spec was changed and cost increased due to staff change, leaving us with a job they couldn’t deliver on time or on budget. We had to pull the job and switch supplier, which was met with sass despite poor management from their side.

Google Bad Review (2): Atrocious printers. Called to request print job for same day, was told if artwork was sent straight away it could be printed for collection at 5PM. Sent artwork along with specifications for paper weight and coating. Email received at 5PM from printers asking to confirm job after I had already confirmed in email with artwork. My colleague confirmed printing at 5:30PM via email. Second email received at 9:30PM informing us there was no artwork attached to the email! Artwork had been sent in the first email but the incredibly inept employee was looking for it in the email confirming print job. Finally managed to collect flyers the following morning after re-sending artwork only to discover that they had been printed on standard weight paper. Utter disaster. 0/5
