Google Bad Review 1: I used them years ago for water damage in my kitchen. At the time I had linoleum counters which were flexible/bendable so when they put the countertop back on the newly installed base cabinets you couldn’t notice any issues. 2 years after the service I had granite counters put in and the base cabinets they installed were not even level from their initial install leaving a gap from the top part of the cabinets and the granite. I asked if they could fix this and they response was it’s past the 2 year warranty and can’t do anything about it. Now I’m left with not level cabinets at the cost of the poor quality install.

Google Bad Review (2): Wow I am very surprised at the high scoring reviews as my experience has been beyond terrible. I had damage to my roof and ceiling. They came to estimate and wanted a $500 desposit right off the bat. They left their fans in my place for over 5 days, once I called to ask them when they would pick them up they said they didn't have any of my contact info. Almost a month later I continued to call to see when they would do the rest of the repair and got the run around Now they are taking more that 4 hours to do the repairs. They keep doing things, leaving, and then coking back every hour or 2. They are so disorganized and sloppy that I will make sure I call another restoration place to check their work. It has been since memorial day, 5/27, that this damage happened and they are just getting to fixing it, 2 MONTHS later. Stay far away if you don't want to deal with a headache.
