Google Bad Review 1: very rude and arrogant we bought a car biggest mistake ever so many problems with the car after purchase took. the car back to them to get it right they had it for over six weeks the owners daughter was driving around in it!!! smacked the car damaged the front bonnet and the back too clocked over 125 miles on the car and no apology took it to our local reputable garage and cost £580 to fix the problems that alan should of done after keeping the car for over six weeks which came with a 3 month warranty DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM BIGGEST FIDDLERS SWINDLERS DISHONEST MEN AND VERY POOR IN FACT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT IN YOUR FACE HAPPY BEFORE PURCHASE !!!!!!

Google Bad Review (2): I was waiting for 15 mins, whilst the salesman was speaking to some other guy. Was not offered any tea, coffee or water which is okay. Did not ask for my requirement of cars and if I am looking for some other options. Did not give much information about the car we were looking as well. Just left us with the keys to check out the car.
I asked about part payment in Credit Card and salesman initially told me payment cannot be made in Credit Card but later changed his statement and said I needed to pay 2% extra fee if I pay by Credit Card. In this age, who doesn't accept Credit Card and why do I have to pay 2% extra fee if I pay by Credit Card?
I liked the car and was thinking of purchasing it at the back of my mind. I asked for a test drive and was told that only if I am 100% sure that I will purchase the car then only they will give the test drive. As if they are doing me a favour? How will a person decide on purchasing a car without test driving it? Irony is that the same dealer has listed in Car Gurus offering Free Test Drives at Home! A complete joke in this pandemic situation where people drive miles to dealers yard only to be refused test drives.
Overall a lousy experience. Please avoid.
