Google Bad Review 1: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. POOR COMMUNICATION AND INCREDIBLY POOR MANAGEMENT.
We have been waiting for over 1 year for our fence to be repaired by the owners of the property which is being managed by AJ Bush. They are dismissive and are far from proactive. Newham council have also visited our property and confirmed that this is not the council's side of the fence rather the neighbours and this is something that ought to fix urgently as it has caused our garden to be infested with rats and dead pigeons are in our garden on a regular basis.
The attitude of staff members are also terrible as confirmed in the other reviews. There is lack of empathy and horrible attitude. Considering we have been waiting patiently for over one year says alot a lot AJ Bush turnaround time when it comes to dealing with complaints and queries.
I have attached images as proof.
We have only managed to get through to the owner of AJ BUSH (Ricky bush) today after over one year of being told he is busy or away. I find it strange to think that there is no delegation during his absence and can only imagine how other properties are being managed? His response today was he needs proof from Newham council in writing that it is not their responsibility for the fence rather the home owner of the neighbouring property. This demonstrates the agents lack of knowledge when it comes to basic property rights especially when one considers that it is managing other people's properties. Concerning.
We have now had no choice but to raise it as a complaint with the local authority.
As an agent managing other people's property, please learn to manage better. Avoid if you do not want your property looking like the images above. The garden says it all!
