Google Bad Review 1: Poor service overall. Male owner extremely unkind and condescending. Booked appointment for collection – my item was not ready. Asked me to return – when I did had me waiting more time as they simply had not finished. If you could have communicated that from the start of the day, we could have arranged to come later rather than have you waste my day waiting around especially given fact that you’d have my clothing for nearly 3 months.
End of the day item did not fit me properly but no time to keep coming back. Had it resized again locally.
Sorry but I cannot recommend this boutique.
To the owner: please do not try to say the review is ‘fake’ just because you couldn’t find me in your records – perhaps there is a reason for that!

Google Bad Review (2): Very very disappointed. No warm welcome at all, no smile, rude tailors, very transactional, and very low quality service. Very strong attitude from every women working in this place. Saw assistants arguing with each other, with one of them refusing to assist. Wouldn't advise to anyone going there. Tailoring is service orientated, if you don't like to deal with clients, then choose another job. Awful, first time and last time.
