Google Bad Review 1: Appalling service!!!! I booked with a senior stylist who was 25 min late to my appointment. She rushed the whole appointment and and my hair cut was not even (had this confirmed by another hair salon, who were equally appalled at the hair cut from Rush; one of the largest hair salon names). I was told at the end to make up the lateness I was given an extra treatment. Not once was I offered any say in the treatment or explained what is was I supposedly received. Neither did I receive a deduction off the expensive price I paid for a shoddy hair cut!). The manager was present and did a poor job in addressing issue. Seemed uninterested in his staff/ customers. I have had my hair cut in the Bromley Rush Salon now three times and each time my opinion and experience has been negative. I will not be returning and I suggest other customers to seriously reconsider attending!
