Google Bad Review 1: Terrible service. Had the screen replaced here, when I picked it up the front camera was out of focus. He said he’d fix it but gave it back worse. Purple markers appeared on the screen and it now has to be fixed again. I would never go back here.

Google Bad Review (2): Had my screen shattered on Pixel 4 and Lucky restored it quickly over night. Communication was good, appreciate hard work during lock down!
Update: Upon using my phone for a while now I noticed a few small issues with assembly and unfortunately had to lower my initial score. The glue around the screen could have been cleaned a bit more carefully, the phone now doesn't charge wirelessly and there is sound distortion when speaker is used at highest volume. Will likely have to hand it in for support again…
Update 2: After handing it in for repair with official authorised Google repairer, a number of issues were identified. Firstly, despite being told by Lucky that replacement screen will be genuine, Google support told me that the screen wasn't genuine. Genuine Pixel 4 screen comes with the plastic side frame but the one installed was glued onto the existing frame, leaving gaps between the frame and the glass. Due to this, some of the glue residue went under the screen. The wireless charging issue and audio cracking noises per authorised repairer were caused by incorrect screen replacement. The wireless coil pins were bent.
While I initially was happy with the fast repair, subsequent issues caused me to pay for another repair. In the end, wasted time and money, use at your own risk.
