Google Bad Review 1: If you're seeking professional laser hair removal, AVOID this place. 2 years, 13 sessions and more than £1k later, I should be hairless. Guess what.. I'm not. Treatments (laser intensity, time spent on the area) are not adapted to the customer needs and equipment is not maintened correctly. Which cleverly leads customers to come over and over again, because “they just need few more sessions” and “everyone reacts differently and is difficult to predict”. They're just a trap for money.

Google Bad Review (2): I booked 2 treatments via Tweatwell. I called Marble Arch to book in the appointments and was told that they don't offer these treatments. I was told to call the Piccadilly location. The Marble Arch telephone number was on the Treatwell vouchers and that was the venue advertised on their website. The Piccadilly receptionist informed me that they didn't provide these treatments either and that she couldn't help me. It's a scam. I called Treatwell and got my money refunded. Swerve
