Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely disappointing experience. I went in to have nose filler due to a drop in my nose. Doctor insisted he could lift the tip so I went ahead and had the filler. Not even two days later my nose was back to where it started. I have had fillers before and this has never happened so I was very disappointed. I contacted the clinic before leaving any reviews to give them the chance to fix the issue, they booked me in for an appointment the next month which I patiently waited for to fix this. When I went in the doctor was the most rude and dismissive person I’d come across. Before taking your money they will be friendly, then once an issue has occurred because of THEM they will take this out on the patient. They made me wait over an hour in the waiting room on purpose as some sort of “payback”. Appalling behaviour to say the least. Once he’d filled it again, the SAME thing happened two days later. I have now seen a few other doctors who mention they know Dr. Ally and his work and that the fillers he uses do not hold due to the fact he imports them from Turkey – unauthentic products. After he ruined my nose, made me wait a month, took my money, and then treated me as if I’d committed a crime by coming back and travelling another two hours for him to fix his issue. Their level of customer care is beyond low and If the doctor does something wrong, you as the patient will be blamed – despite the fact they’ve already taken your money and wasted your time and face.
I have now wasted my time, money and now I need to get what he’s done dissolved and fixed by another doctor. Please be very careful of this sham clinic.
I suspect their reviews are written by themselves as I am not the only person who’s faced issues with them as the other doctors mentioned to me. My nose is now just more dropped with a massive ball of filling at the tip!
I was understanding enough to come back and allow them to fix the issue but they were beyond rude for being the ones who caused the issue!
Please note they may comment something to clear their trail. After seeing his own mistake, the doctor tried to blame the problem on the fact that I’d had a rhinoplasty before however three other doctors I’ve seen have informed me this has nothing to do with this. Be warned of this sham institute.
I hope this review helps at least one other person from making the mistake of choosing this clinic. Wish I had done my research beforehand. Now I’ve lost over £500 and look worse than before!
