Google Bad Review:  Absolutely disappointing experience. I went in to have nose filler due to a drop in my nose. Doctor insisted he could lift the tip so I went ahead and had the filler. Not even two days later my nose was back to where it started. I have had fillers before and this has never happened so I was very disappointed. I contacted the clinic before leaving any reviews to give them the chance to fix the issue, they booked me in for an appointment the next month which I patiently waited for to fix this. When I went in the doctor was the most rude and dismissive person I’d come across. Before taking your money they will be friendly, then once an issue has occurred because of THEM they will take this out on the patient. They made me wait over an hour in the waiting room on purpose as some sort of “payback”. Appalling behaviour to say the least. Once he’d filled it again, the SAME thing happened two days later. I have now seen a few other doctors who mention they know Dr. Ally and his work and that the fillers he uses do not hold due to the fact he imports them from Turkey – unauthentic products. After he ruined my nose, made me wait a month, took my money, and then treated me as if I’d committed a crime by coming back and travelling another two hours for him to fix his issue. Their level of customer care is beyond low and If the doctor does something wrong, you as the patient will be blamed – despite the fact they’ve already taken your money and wasted your time and face.
I have now wasted my time, money and now I need to get what he’s done dissolved and fixed by another doctor. Please be very careful of this sham clinic.
I suspect their reviews are written by themselves as I am not the only person who’s faced issues with them as the other doctors mentioned to me. My nose is now just more dropped with a massive ball of filling at the tip!
I was understanding enough to come back and allow them to fix the issue but they were beyond rude for being the ones who caused the issue!
Please note they may comment something to clear their trail. After seeing his own mistake, the doctor tried to blame the problem on the fact that I’d had a rhinoplasty before however three other doctors I’ve seen have informed me this has nothing to do with this. Be warned of this sham institute.

I hope this review helps at least one other person from making the mistake of choosing this clinic. Wish I had done my research beforehand. Now I’ve lost over £500 and look worse than before!

Google Bad Review:  I want to talk about RCP Education. It is in a pathetic state of affairs: both online and in person. The receptionists seated in front of the college are impolite, rude, with no sensitivity and knowledge. Their senior at the back desk is also no good.

If we talk about the offline education programs, then I state that they are also no good. They are faulty. One cannot get registered on the website easily. Your old registration does not work. When you put in your complaint, it is foolishly responded to.

Overall, a very bad experience. Best avoided.

Google Bad Review 1:  I have paid for a two day course for the 21st of May. Mata took the payment. Later, they’ve cancelled the training one day before the course, which was totally inconvenient, and offered another training weekend on a set date after one and a half months which was inconvinient, and no other choices were given. I asked for a refund. I don’t get a proper response. They promised to refund in 2 weeks max. It’s over 3 weeks now and didn’t get my money back. Just be careful. I keep calling (7 calls to track this up) and no action is taking. No answer to my emails as well.

Update: payment not arrived yet. They keep promising me. Today is the 5th of July.

Google Bad Review (2):  I would not recommend MATAs courses.
I was disappointed with the run down offices they rented, the disorganisation and the fact that one of the two teachers didn’t turn up on the first day. Only juverderm and allergen Botox were taught. No after support was available, there is a ‘ghost town’ fb group, but no traffic or answers or support. No Instagram page even!
I ended up doing so much research myself and going on to do another foundation course elsewhere.

.. they can’t find me on their data base, how convenient.. I rest my case.

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely disappointing experience. I went in to have nose filler due to a drop in my nose. Doctor insisted he could lift the tip so I went ahead and had the filler. Not even two days later my nose was back to where it started. I have had fillers before and this has never happened so I was very disappointed. I contacted the clinic before leaving any reviews to give them the chance to fix the issue, they booked me in for an appointment the next month which I patiently waited for to fix this. When I went in the doctor was the most rude and dismissive person I’d come across. Before taking your money they will be friendly, then once an issue has occurred because of THEM they will take this out on the patient. They made me wait over an hour in the waiting room on purpose as some sort of “payback”. Appalling behaviour to say the least. Once he’d filled it again, the SAME thing happened two days later. I have now seen a few other doctors who mention they know Dr. Ally and his work and that the fillers he uses do not hold due to the fact he imports them from Turkey – unauthentic products. After he ruined my nose, made me wait a month, took my money, and then treated me as if I’d committed a crime by coming back and travelling another two hours for him to fix his issue. Their level of customer care is beyond low and If the doctor does something wrong, you as the patient will be blamed – despite the fact they’ve already taken your money and wasted your time and face.
I have now wasted my time, money and now I need to get what he’s done dissolved and fixed by another doctor. Please be very careful of this sham clinic.
I suspect their reviews are written by themselves as I am not the only person who’s faced issues with them as the other doctors mentioned to me. My nose is now just more dropped with a massive ball of filling at the tip!
I was understanding enough to come back and allow them to fix the issue but they were beyond rude for being the ones who caused the issue!
Please note they may comment something to clear their trail. After seeing his own mistake, the doctor tried to blame the problem on the fact that I’d had a rhinoplasty before however three other doctors I’ve seen have informed me this has nothing to do with this. Be warned of this sham institute.

I hope this review helps at least one other person from making the mistake of choosing this clinic. Wish I had done my research beforehand. Now I’ve lost over £500 and look worse than before!

Google Bad Review 1:  I want to talk about RCP Education. It is in a pathetic state of affairs: both online and in person. The receptionists seated in front of the college are impolite, rude, with no sensitivity and knowledge. Their senior at the back desk is also no good.

If we talk about the offline education programs, then I state that they are also no good. They are faulty. One cannot get registered on the website easily. Your old registration does not work. When you put in your complaint, it is foolishly responded to.

Overall, a very bad experience. Best avoided.

Center: average set up, no air conditioning, had to open the door as the class was overcrowded and there was insufficient air ventilation.
Number of students 8 students in 1 training session definitely it was too many.
Models many but for unrelated procedures not actual procedures included in the training, all were done by the trainer as the center makes money on each model claiming they only charge for products used when in fact it’s at least double cost to cost of materials so the priority was to see the models not to teach the students.
Service: poor-called the center numerous times no one to take phone call, called mobile number provided no response, center does not even have employed secretary or information desk.
Emails no one responds to emails send numerous had no response.
Quality of theoretical materials: poor, materials do not cover the procedures, content is copied from Wikipedia a lot of anatomy nothing about the procedures, no information on equipment or techniques.
Trainer did not discuss what needles should be used and started injecting I had to take notes and photos myself.
Practical sessions: none each student done about 2 injections how can this possibly qualify anyone to carry out the procedures?
None of the students was happy with the training provided.
Worst training, I ever attended. If you are looking for a professional training avoid this place.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was unlucky to choose this company for a training course in fillers for cosmetic purposes. I, like many others was misled by their name and their advertisement that claimed that they would teach you hands-on practical skills with their models (alternatively you could bring your model if you wish).

I have to say that they have nothing to do with science or any research. They are just there to make money. They are using this name to attract customers' trust and give themselves credibility.
The people who run this course have come to this country for economical reason , they are not familiar with principal and values of living in the UK.

I am a GP and I attend lots of courses and conferences throughout the year. This was the most useless and disorganised course I had ever attended despite being the most expensive one.

The course started at 10.30 by showing us a few slides about facial anatomy and its blood supply, some practical points and different types of fillers. Theory part finished at 11.30. Sine then we only had a light lunch and talked among ourselves till 3.30.

They managed to find 2 models, both of them wanted lip augmentation.
Amazingly the trainer herself did the augmentation while we were just observing. We did not get any hands-on experience. The trainer not only did not have a fluent English but also had no teaching skills

In their advertisement, they had promised that they will teach you lip augmentation and treatment of the nasaolabial area. They never covered the nasolabial area. In another word we only observed lip augmentation done by the trainer.

Cosmetic courses in general are very expensive and the main reason for this is providing hands-on training with live models, in which each student has an opportunity to practice in live models with fillers(which are expensive). I did no use any fillers on any live models or even on any mannequin.

How they could justify the price of the course just by showing some slides and watching the trainer just do a couple of lip augmentation. Even businesses should hold some moral values and a sense of justice. It was really waste of my day and my hard earned money. I was cheated and it is painful.

Believe me one could learn much more from watching Youtube. Youtube and internet materials are much more in details and more practical than this course. We were robbed totally.

Please, please do not waste your money. I have just edited and reviewed my review as the way they cheated me is still hurting. I never forget or forgive them for robbing me from my hard earned money.

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely disappointing experience. I went in to have nose filler due to a drop in my nose. Doctor insisted he could lift the tip so I went ahead and had the filler. Not even two days later my nose was back to where it started. I have had fillers before and this has never happened so I was very disappointed. I contacted the clinic before leaving any reviews to give them the chance to fix the issue, they booked me in for an appointment the next month which I patiently waited for to fix this. When I went in the doctor was the most rude and dismissive person I’d come across. Before taking your money they will be friendly, then once an issue has occurred because of THEM they will take this out on the patient. They made me wait over an hour in the waiting room on purpose as some sort of “payback”. Appalling behaviour to say the least. Once he’d filled it again, the SAME thing happened two days later. I have now seen a few other doctors who mention they know Dr. Ally and his work and that the fillers he uses do not hold due to the fact he imports them from Turkey – unauthentic products. After he ruined my nose, made me wait a month, took my money, and then treated me as if I’d committed a crime by coming back and travelling another two hours for him to fix his issue. Their level of customer care is beyond low and If the doctor does something wrong, you as the patient will be blamed – despite the fact they’ve already taken your money and wasted your time and face.
I have now wasted my time, money and now I need to get what he’s done dissolved and fixed by another doctor. Please be very careful of this sham clinic.
I suspect their reviews are written by themselves as I am not the only person who’s faced issues with them as the other doctors mentioned to me. My nose is now just more dropped with a massive ball of filling at the tip!
I was understanding enough to come back and allow them to fix the issue but they were beyond rude for being the ones who caused the issue!
Please note they may comment something to clear their trail. After seeing his own mistake, the doctor tried to blame the problem on the fact that I’d had a rhinoplasty before however three other doctors I’ve seen have informed me this has nothing to do with this. Be warned of this sham institute.

I hope this review helps at least one other person from making the mistake of choosing this clinic. Wish I had done my research beforehand. Now I’ve lost over £500 and look worse than before!
