Google Bad Review 1: Please avoid this firm if at all possible. They took my case on understanding it was urgent and needed to be expedited and agreed to these terms. In reality they ignored us and wouldnt speak as soon as the money was transferred to them. The court emailed them for an update on my case and they ignored them for 3 months jeopardising my claim. I gave them client instructions to update the court and the other side and they just refused to act eventually ending the relationship stating I was unreasonable for requiring what the court demanded.
In addition they kept accusing me of not sending them evidence when we had email times and dates of them accepting it – this was probably an excuse to allow them to pretend it was my fault.
Please – for the sake of your wellbeing and your case do not involve this group of, what I believe, are charlatans

Google Bad Review (2): I do not recommend this firm because of the bad Behaviour of Mr Bruce Reid. I had a very bad experience with him and do not recommend him at all. He was not clear with me and rude to me to the point that I have chosen to get another solicitor and this is what’s happened.
He is not a good communicant at all and sounds like he is upset about life I definitely think that he is not the right person to work with.
