Google Bad Review 1: DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I recently had an engagement ring designed and made at Smith & Green and following the initial smooth sales pitch and promises of excellent customer service I was consistently let down. The service I received was consistently bad throughout the whole process. Deadlines were constantly missed and the ring was finally delivered over 1.5 months late, with no compensation or care from the owner. I have no issues with the finished ring, but the lack of service I received was terrible considering the amount of money spent. Regularly I would have to chase the shop to make sure they were progressing my ring and was often treated as if I was a nuisance rather than a paying customer. Note that they have also recently taken over the shop 2 doors down (Bassange).
