Google Bad Review (2): Decided to get my watch face replaced. Westfield location is really convenient and repairs are processed on site.
The face eventually got replaced but it took over 3 weeks! Once the staff even tried to convince me that the repair had taken place even though the scratches were still present on the face (!) Staff didn't contract me to keep me informed and every time I rang to chase I it was always “one more week”
Please be honest with your customers and don't blame suppliers. Change your suppliers if they let you down. Keep your customers informed. Would help to be more organised and not yet to convince customers repairs had taken place when they hadn't.
