Google Bad Review 1: THE most unprofessional care giving company I have ever come across. Staff are NOT trained in basic hygiene and customer service, they are rude, aggressive and unprofessional in ones own house. If you are worried about catching Covid 19 DO NOT hire from this company as they lack even basic PPE and go door to door to different houses all day on public transport. When you call the manager Yusef to voice concerns he will patronise you asking “How do you know you don’t have the virus?” Instead he should be addressing the problems with his staff, as all he cares about is making money and not the actual care of the clients or social distancing. I have sent this company multiple emails and not received any reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Google Bad Review (2): The actual people providing the care are amazing. Sadly the people running the whole thing are useless! Had my mother not died when she did I would have filed a complaint about them not passing on information that the carers had asked them to. Shocking to deal with. Told lies to try and cover their mistakes. I would avoid like the plague!
