Google Bad Review 1: If I could give zero stars I would. Stated clearly that I had embolism coils implanted prior to MRI scan. When I arrived they told me that they would not scan me even though I have had MRI scans before and that it is common knowledge that platinum coils are safe for MRI. All they had to say is get scanned by NHS or get the model number of the coils (Which I had done over 15 years ago). Radiology department is incompetent day off work and a 50 mile round trip wasted. Can’t even play with my kids as I’m in so much pain not to mention I work in construction. Absolutely disgusted.

Google Bad Review (2): I had a private appointment with Miss Sharma to discuss a recent miscarriage and procedure that our IVF clinic recommended. Due to the current strain and waiting times at our NHS hospital I decided to spend my own money at Springfield.
Miss Sharma is possible the rudest and most judgemental person I've ever met. She refused to listen to anything I said, corrected my on my own health issues and didn't discuss anything I had booked the appointment to discuss. She confused my very recent and painful miscarriage with a termination. Asked me If I was married and seemed to have her own personal views to go ahead with IVF if unmarried. She couldn't grasp what treatment I had undergone and told me on more than one occasion that I must be wrong.
Springfield haven't answered my complaint. It seems that this isn't the first complaint of this kind against Miss Sharma but Springfield still seem happy for her to practice at their hospital.
Alongside my awful experience with Miss Sharma I was disappointed that at a private hospital there was no parking available and my appointment was an hour late. I would avoid.
