Charges are high, and the company will invoice you to make payment very (very) quickly after the works, threatening to take action if you don't pay. The model is to get your cash as soon as possible, so if there are any long terms issues remaining they do not have to fix them. All experiences are different, but consider your options before engaging with Marvel Property Solutions.
