Google Bad Review (2):  Lisa Catto is a Director of this business – her review should be ignored. probably other positive reviews also false.
My history with Marvel is a catalogue of poor service. Initially booked in to a 4 hour window, they turned up 2.5 hours after that window had closed without advising me they would be late. 1 thing to repair and a routine boiler service. Following the visit, a previously fully functioning boiler then makes loud banging noises. Marvel called in to fix the bodged service and spec parts to complete the first repair (why this couldn't be done on the first visit not clear). Then book them in to finish the job – oh did I mention the boiler was not repaired the second time – still making banging noises. Marvel order part and a new 4 hour window scheduled – but the engineer didn't bother to show up – apparently despite booking the part and scheduling the appointment, they couldnt find the part – and waited until 2 hours into the appointment window to cancel it. So we try again and get commitment for first appointment of the day next time. 9:00 am appointment booked – but we get a call that morning – the part isn't in stock (Why did they make the appointment then?)

Now I ask to speak with a manager – a Director – Lisa. She expresses appropriate concern and I ask for a first appointment and for an appointment only to be made when the part is in stock – (God this isn't rocket science is it?)
8:15 the plumber arrives – first thing he says is “Sorry we have the wrong part – not our fault!”.
Please put these cowboys out of their misery by not using them.
A total shambles.
