Google Good Review: Extremely highly recommended. I was originally drawn to Silvia and Allan's architectual work because of the aesthetics of their previous projects – I love their style as well as their functional approach to design. They took me through the process of the conversion of my attic space, almost doubling the floor space of my flat and doing a comprehensive renovation and remodelling of the flat at the same time. They helped me by designing the overall plans and getting the plans through a lengthy council planning process, then facilitating required structural design plans and site managing the building project until completion. Their approach to design is fantastic – always certain to bring my ideas to life in a practical and cost effective way, but also often adding many special and thoughtful additions that went above and beyond my original ideas. They are dedicated, trustworthy and reliable and have very high standards in terms of the quality of the building work they accept. Some of the results of the project include a beautiful three-layered ply staircase that seems to defy gravity as it stands, large roof lights in the upstairs bedroom, a wet room with large natural stone tiles, built in shelving in the bedroom area, a light well to the roof in the downstairs bedroom, a kitchen island made from reclaimed teak and raised ceiling height at the front of the living room making for a great openness to the space. I couldn't recommend working with them highly enough. The project was long but a huge success. They are a great combination of creativity and hard working organisation and are also great people who are a pleasure to work with.
