Google Bad Review: Extremely disappointing service! Clothes came back with creases, sheets were not ironed at the edges so were the pillow cases. Surely what was the point of booking this service? I have contacted customer care and no one has gotten back to me yet.
Yes, even though the clothes were collected and pressed again, it was NOT a complimentary service. You were redoing a job badly done. By virtue of my name, sounds as though I was supposed to accept mediocre standards and not expect exceptional service.
