Google Bad Review: The venue is too big which gives a poor concert experience esprcially if you are at the back of the arena, video not in synch with sound it's so far away. Parking or transport is a long distance from the venue which leads to great difficulty if you are disabled, there are only 48 disabled parking spaces for 80,000 people. The ticket advises to enter at bridge 5 when your seats are near bridge 2 which when you have ambulant disabled tickets is very poor and inconsiderate.
Security staff wouldn't allow us to take our seats on the lower level as our disabled tickets weren't allocated a wrist band, yet we had the correct tickets for the lower area. Because of the unreserved lower seating people were sat in the disability seats making it even harder to identify them. We were told to go into the wheelchair area as obviously you are only disabled if you have a wheelchair. The wheelchair area is roped off from everyone else in a disability area obviously the disabled aren't allowed to mix. Another ambulant disabled couple were herded in with us for the same reason, this poor lady was even told you don't look disabled and if you can't prove it we will kick you out. We had to provide evidence to book the seats originally!
Drinks £6.25 a pint of lager is outrageous.
Finally you are herded the longest way possible back to your transport which made me struggle, the promised disability transport wasn't anywhere to be seen. Some security staff treat everyone with contempt apart from the odd few who are lovely.
Apart from the obvious size issue, the lack of disability parking 48 spaces for 80,000 people so many of the problems could be resolved with a minimal effort on managements part.
