Google Bad Review: I met up with an old colleague last night. Following a few glasses of Prosecco we got on to the subject of bosses and clients. She played me some voice recordings of discussions with someone called Eza, a Director at this company!
I was shocked to hear some of her comments, from mocking their receptionist's weight and acrylic nails (implying, shallowness, laziness and inability to keep up) to boasting of how she reprimanded and belittled another young woman in front of colleagues and how ‘they all laughed'. Some of the comments Eza makes are also knowingly illegal!
Lovely location (not that you see or experience much of it once you're in the clinic): Employing hard working and skilled staff is great. However when potential clients realise staff are openly abused by their employer do we still use their services?
I do hope we get to a time soon when employees don't have to put up with this archaic abusive behaviour from employees just to pay their bills and keep a roof over their heads.
