Google Bad Review 1: Just to update anyone interested I have had gas safe register check my boiler and told me it is him at fault but they can't get hold off him and is ignoring all contact, so good luck mate I will be taking this further because off your ignorance to the fact you didn't do basic checks and left me and my family in danger(for someone else to fix for £80 and that engineer has said you are disgrace to the profession and people need to know about this)
One off there boiler engineers came out to my boiler and and seemed like he was on drugs talked very slowly Tony(jamaican)I think his name was.
All after spending three day trying to fix my boiler and told me my boiler had cancer(why would you say that to a customer could used any other word like it on its way out).
He left it in a dangerous way(never fitted the screws back on the boiler and could have fallen on me or the kids) and said I was good to go.
So I thought he had fixed it but now the heating is always on.
When I rang to complain they defended him and refused to send anyone else out to check out what I was claiming and now they have told me they will not send anyone out and my boiler is no longer there problem.
They have also taken there monthly fees from my account and refusing to give it back.(6 month worth).
Just warning anyone who uses them.
