Google Bad Review:  Absolutely shocking. At weekend I Pre arranged a wagon, on arrival they had lost the keys so I waited around for 3.5 hours u til they found me a “very old and worn looking wagon soft a tail lift as requested” I specifically asked if it would make it as it looked like it had been stood a while. I was assured it’s perfect working order and been thoroughly checked,

I went from Salford to bolton and on way down east lancs “less than 20 miles” the truck developed a severe vibrate, I rang and a mechanic was sent,

As a Dvsa vehicle MOT tester I k ow what I need to know, so o started looking over the truck.
Severe splits on the tyres,
Brakes discs was shocking condition
And the Adblue tank cap was missing.

Upon arrival THEIR mechanic said he would get it recovered in S he want happy for me to carry on driving as he couldn’t find the fault “felt like the prop had come loose”

He assured me to take it up with main desk to get my money ey back.

After several phone calls, I was there was nothing wrong with the truck, all fine (I’ve taken videos) and was told to wait for deposit back, NO REFUND, and I’d be charged for an Ad Blue cap,

Cannot believe the cheek, of I’ve done less than 20 miles why would I add Adblue? Surely this is filled prior to collection/ check over, and lasts 1000s of miles right?

The fella I spoke to was called Richard and Unbelievably bad customer service skills “or lack of”

I was told I couldn’t speak to the owner, and that’s the decision,

I also made it clear I’d looked into who had checked the vehicle over and was known wo thing Salford van hire the lad is NOT Qualified,

I was assured he was, however I Know otherwise, as it’s a small small world

The place wants shutting down, until it’s ran properly,
