I originally contacted Hair4All in November for the system and paid the deposit in December. I was told that February was the month that I would receive the system. I contacted them multiple time without reply which was upsetting due to the amount of money I was intending to spend and how much I needed the system.
After ringing 3 times I finally got an answer as to why the system was not here. I was told that the factory had lost the order. I then had to wait a further 2 months for my new system to be made. The fitting date was yesterday on the 9th of May.
During the whole process, I noticed that the system wasn't my hair colour. I told myself to listen to all of the stylist excuses as they whole experience made me feel useless. The final one was the one that upset me the most. He told me that I had gone too short with the sides and back, this is something he noticed himself when shaving the sides and back.
Even though I told him I didn't want them too short and like the reference photo, they were shaved right down and uneven on both sides, something you can see in the reference photos.
He also told me that “yeah it's not your hair colour its a little dark, just tell people that you've dyed the top of your hair”. This comment was absolutely disgusting! I have spent over half of my life wearing a hat which has caused me huge mental health issues, I have had to say no to many things in my life and turn down many opportunities due to this reason, so for the stylist to tell me to tell the whole world that this isn't my colour and to lie was really upsetting.
-Unanswered/ignored emails
-Lost template, even though travelling to get one done
-Different hair system which definitely wasn't mine
-Rude staff
-Lost a full days pay as I needed to take the day off work
-Waited over 7 months from initial contact due to complications
I have tried over 30 times to ring their office and Phil's mobile. All of them have been ignored until I started using my partners phone to ring. This shows that they knew I was calling and decided to ignore me. I sent over 15 emails stating that I would like a refund or else I would seek legal action.
I have sent photos of me wearing the system to other professionals dealing with hair systems and hairdressers. Every single one have stated how badly the system was cut and how the colour didn't match my natural hair.

Google Bad Review (2): Hair 4 all are an absolute sham. Phil is a con man. He pretends to offer you a “bespoke service” claiming to create a hair system to match your head and hair colour. Then after saying that it takes 14 weeks for this amazing system to be made he actually just uses a cheap hair system he's bought off ebay or had lying around his shop/home. You won't get your £250 deposit back and he will never answer your email or phone calls. Avoid the “company”.
