Google Bad Review:  Lack of professionalism by reception staff let the company down. I tried booking an appointment with Quinn clinics for a skin consultation. I was contacted less than 24h before my appointment to say I had been booked in with the wrong professional, so I would need to reschedule my appointment for a future date, and pay £50 for the privilege. I tried complaining, and they offered a consultation for free, as recognition of their error: it has been over 1 week since that was offered, and yet the reception staff have still been unable to book me in some time. Over the past 3 weeks I have been able to seek consultation elsewhere, and book in time with their practice instead. Highly disappointing, especially with their otherwise ‘glowing' reviews
