Google Bad Review 1: Was introduced by some good friends and based on the artist portfolios, it seems like a great place to get a tattoo. However I have had various amounts of work and the neglect in communication is poor.. I emailed with no response and finally receiving a response apologising, I responded to that within 10mins and never heard back from them. Last thing I want is to get tattoo from a studio that does not care about there clients and too busy or arrogant to respond to a email. Good luck to them.

Google Bad Review (2): The place is great! However, guest tattoo artist Kirk needs to work on his customer service skills. He's not friendly at all and makes the whole tattoo experience awkward. As this was my first tattoo, I hoped for a confident, nice person. Instead Kirk criticized my tattoo choice, calling it “cliché” and he lacked creativity, getting me to do all the work. Call yourself an artist, please! Save your money and give to a real artist, wish I went with Ricky, he sounds fantastic.
