Google Bad Review: I am only giving one star because I am unable to give none.
Staff are rude (aside from one reception who is really a lovely fellow) and the dentist will prolong your issue to get more money out of you (I have seen another reviewer mention this and it has also been the case for us). My mother has received such poor service and has been treated in a manner not fitting for a customer in a practice of ‘professionals'. Aside, from Dr Jessica Sze, who is genuinely a lovely dentist.
Absolutely abysmal, a patient being told to go to the bathroom to wash her mouth instead of being given the proper mouth wash by the dentist.
Dr Saboo (unable to find out whether this spelling is accurate), does that seem ethical or humane? Appalling.
