Google Bad Review 1: Following a bump in my car I got a couple of quotes locally to get it repaired and they were both just over £600.
After speaking with my insurance company they told me I had an excess of £250 and I would be liable for the VAT so I thought it'd be easiest to do it this way.
When my car was repaired I was presented with a bill for £621.
I questioned this and was told that the re[pair had cost £1810 – three times the other quotes I received – So the VAT alone was over £300 –
I was gobsmacked at how they thought they could charge this but they just kept saying, “we sent this to your insurance company and they agreed it.” They did not send it to me even though I was paying the VAT nor did I approve it.
A word of warning, if you're going through your insurance company and are liable for the VAT, beware.
I don't know if they did this just because they thought it's an insurance claim so cost isn't an issue but it's not right.
I feel as though they have royally ripped me off.
I'd be VERY careful using these guys people.

Google Bad Review (2): I had to retrieve my tools from my work van. I was furious when i found the bumpers, headlights, vallance and all the other bits had been dumped on top of my equipment and materials in the cargo bay!!

The premises is a nightmare to access because the entrance is barely wide enough for vehicles, and the yard is rammed with all the other cars being repaired.
And of course, all the other motors had to be moved.

My van was later written off, so had to return to collect the rest of my belongings. What a performance!
