Google Bad Review 1:  Dishonest people. Simple half day job booked 2 weeks in advance has become a 3 days job and with a double bill. 1st day I even didn't got a call from them that the van was not ready, I discovered it the morning after. When I asked what happened and why they didn't call me, they said that for mistake 1 screw went inside something and they needed more time to fix it. And they forgot to call me too (I had to rent a van at the last minute to do my job).

When I got back there in the evening of the second day they said the van was fine but after I have paid them £150 + £50 MOT on my way home I discovered immediately that the van was exactly like before. So they didn't repair it. They replaced (if they did) the part which was not to be replaced. They lied to me saying the van was repaired.
I had to work with the van almost broken for 1 day and I had to go there again the day after in the morning asking to finish the repair or at least to have a refund. So they kept the van again until the afternoon and then said they had to replace another part and the new bill was £150 in addition to the £150 already paid. I said I have already paid for the repair and I lost 2 days an a half for their fault plus 1 day van rental.

I refused to pay and they forced me with violence to bring the van inside the garage. The manager pushed me on the floor too and they started to take off parts of my van. I called the Police and when they arrived they said I had to give back the second part but not the first part which was replaced for no reason since the van is in the same exactly conditions as before). The police even didn’t listen properly or believed to my version. I think this is a story of huge dishonesty from the garage and maybe discrimination from the police: I think it's not acceptable to pay £150, lose almost 2 days of work and the money of 1 day van rental and at the end of all the van is in the identical condition of before.

Also the part (air flow meter sensor) which I assume was the only part to change costs around 24 pounds and to fit it it's just 1 minute (as they took it off and replaced with the old one in 1 minute when the police was there) and they wanted to charge me £150 more in addition to the £150 already paid for the 1st repair and for a part which was no need to be replaced. Basically they wanted to transform a £50 job in a £300 job (not caring of lying and making me lose also more than 2 days of work and 1 day van rental).

This is absolutely crazy and dishonest. And I think it's also very illegal to act in this way and I am really surprise the police said only that if I want to complain to go to a layer. For this reasons I invite all the customers to go somewhere else if you don’t want to end up losing a lot of time and money for nothing. In 17 years of having cars I have never found this kind of people.
