Google Bad Review 1: Second poor experience at this garage and we won’t be back – booked an appointment to test drive a new vehicle and on arrival neither the sales advisor or car were there. With a shrug of the shoulders I was told that there were no staff in and the only vehicle was a used version with a different engine size… which of course was little use. Still waiting for the sales advisor to follow-up and apologise 10 days later

Google Bad Review (2): Been with VW for a few years now but this year has been the absolute worst! Nothing but trouble with my car & the after care service has been appalling! After a service at this branch I received my car back with a part broken by them! It has taken 5 weeks to be solved after constant mistakes made by this branch. Constantly being told a manager will call & waiting days for the phone call until I get fed up & ring them to chase up this problem.This problem that they caused would not have been resolved if I hadn't had to of kept calling & badgering them!
This year I have been put off of VW due to the horrendous service given which is a shame as I have had no problems with the car itself just the staff at this branch!!
