Google Bad Review 1: Really unreliable and unprofessional, spoke to them about getting some work done and said I would be there in 30 mins only to find they had closed early when I'd arrived.

Google Bad Review (2): Following a recommendation for a wheel refurb specialist, and after having sent photos of the wheels and double checked with them that they could do the work, I made the 45 minute drive to Bromley. On arrival a staff member checked the wheels in person before booking the car in and I left the car with them. Two hours later, I got a call from them saying that they didn't have the specialist tool necessary to remove the wheels so wouldn't be able to do the job. Cost me money and at least 4 hours of my time getting the car to them and then having to return the next day to pick it back up and make alternative arrangements to have the wheels refurbed elsewhere. Not a good experience; however at least they were on site very early in the morning and were apologetic and good communicators.
