Google Bad Review 1: Exposed …..these lots are completely into money making . They completely messed with my jaguar wrong diagonise and charged 600 pound . Got it fixed by jaguar showroom and they mentioned that the VS motors completely did wrong diagnosis and jaguar Park Royal fixed my car at a better price . Guys please avoid them and check for more details in few days in newspaper and Tv about their cowboy business Please be aware of them as they don’t fix problem they are into money making act by pretending that they fix the problem by extorting huge money and make you come back within days for more to be charged as they never fix or diagnosis the problem
I have forwarded their detail to consumer act forum and fair trade . I would advise anyone using their service to make sure get a second opinion as they are a bunch of cow boys

Google Bad Review (2): Booked my car in for MOT and I would never ever go back here again!!!!! It was quite pricey at £55 but I was more than willing to pay.There is a mechanic there that is disgustingly rude. I called and asked when my car would be ready and got told ‘I told you I would call you so don’t stress me out!!!’ Very very rude! On collection I was told to wait 5 minutes for my car. When I asked where is my car the same rotten mechanic asked ‘how far do you think it will be if I said wait?’ I am not expecting happy smiles and dancing but basic manners and decent customer service is not too much to ask for is it?
Worst experience in a mechanics I have ever ever had. One star is too much! Car passed its MOT for anyone wondering.
