Google Bad Review (2): Hi,
Here is my experience with this school and why am I giving this bad review. I am 30 years old, I know how to drive, I know its silly to say but my dad teach me how to drive when I was 16 and I have around 2000 miles of driving 4-5 different vehicles in my country and around 400-500 miles driving 3 different vehicles in UK all manual, (even the family Russian Lada that we had, no power steering, no power breaks, no such posh stuff) I also hold a valid CPCS licence for a 9 tonne telehandler up to 9 meters extend with 2 tonne load on the forks, and an IPAF, 3a and 3b for mobile booms.
And this guy try to make me an idiot. First he says that we will go to a safe area and then he will let me drive, which i was find with, obviously he has never seen me before, playing it safe, cool. We swap seats, a little bit of talking about mirror position and explaining which is the miles and which is the km/ph, new white Ford really nice car, really would of enjoy driving that one, but on the moment I was told to drive off something weird was going, on at one point the clutch was engaging weird and then the next moment the car shoots with huge speed ahead, so I slam on the extremely soft break pedal and break hard, I get the comment is this your driving?, and i felt bad of my driving, I was thinking, What is going on I know I drive better than this. Second attempt, a little bit better but again big acceleration at one point which this time i did not brake just release the gas, weird again, very responsive car I thought, but then after the left turn I was asked to do I and I had to use the clutch I realise what is going on, I am releasing the clutch but the instructor is not, In which I give more gas, and when he does release, the car is shooting off ahea, and then I felt the clutch pedal touching back my foot. Obviously I got angry and i told him in which situation we swapped seats again and he drop me off home. Why would you hold the clutch pedal when you tell someone to drive and then release and make it worse?
I will let you judge.
I think he does that to make new drivers more unsecured making them think they need more lesions, and make them pay for more money. Don`t fall for this, you might be better drivers than you think!
