Google Bad Review (2): We opted for 3rd Rail as we had big issues with a previous supplier being late and lack of communication. Our initial interactions with 3rd rail were good and the team were helpful. After paying the money and confirming the order, we heard nothing. The t-shirts were due 10 days after placing the order. I had to chase this up yesterday and twice today to be told that they haven't even been printed yet and I am looking at end of the week or probably next week (which means at least next week in my experience).
I run an online business and communication is so important for customer service. I appreciate things can overrun but to have to chase several times and then be told we're still way off delivery isn't good.
This was an initial order to see how the quality and service is, we obviously wont be placing any more orders but I hope that the quality is good when they do arrive.
