Google Bad Review: DO NOT USE! I'ts a shame there is no “ZERO” star rate available here otherwise that's what they would get from me… I booked in person the day before and paid upfront for a 3am journey to Stansted Airport: no car showed up, I've been left in the street waiting for half and hour, after many phonecalls with “2 minutes” promises they canceled on me with a “sorry we have no drivers”… Took me other 30 minutes to find another cab, ended up spending 65 pounds for a last minute Uber and nearly missed my flight. Then took me 2 days and 3 phonecalls to receive the money back (WHICH I HAD TO SEND SOMEONE TO COLLECT CASH cause they couldnt even arrange a refund on the card)! Every person on the phone was rude and totally unable to assist me for a service I already paid for, and most of all none of them apologised or understood the amount of stress and problem they caused to a customer. The best service they could provide to the public is to close down..or alternatively you could do yourself a big favour and AVOID by all means.
