Google Bad Review 1: I think they look like they do lovely Decorations but they overcharge wait to March and then they ask you one price get you interested and then boost you and keep distance for more money I think this is a shame and disgrace and trading standards should be made aware of these people I feel scammed by then and let down When you first ring them they answer the phone straight away then it all goes downhill after that they just keep telling you sorry we are busy so so busy with other venues well stop taking on more work if you can’t attend to your first customer

Google Bad Review (2): I reached out to 1SW events in June earlier this year and spoke to a lady with a northern accent. She was extremely short and rude until she discovered our venue was North Mymms Park and then her tone totally changed. All of a sudden she was now keen to speak with me and went on to tell me their minimum spend which was extortionate compared to other market leading decor companies in the industry. My gut instinct told me that she’d made the minimum spend figure up on the spot based on our venue.
Irregardless of a couples venue and budget all queries should be handled in a professional and polite manner. Basic customer service is a key foundation for any successful business and brand.
