Google Bad Review (2): I had made stamp by this company. I went there one Saturday and talked to one Asian guy there that my stamp needs to be refilled and how much do you charge for this? He asked me that if I had bought that stamp from them. I said yes I did purchase from you. He told me bring your stamp and it is free refilling for stamp and we don't charge for ink refilling if stamp is from here. I went there after 2 weeks on another Saturday and this time I served by a nice Asian guy and he told me to come back later. I did went there later to collect the stamp then he asked me for £2.50 for ink refilling and I told him that other guy there told me that it is free of charge in refilling and that guy who told me 2 weeks ago that it will be free of charge told me that I did not say that. And other guy charge you £2.50 and if I was serving you then I would have charged you £5 instead. So basically there is not set pricing and they decide price according to the customer. Very bad customer service and only doing this business for money. Anyway I did not argue and pay £2.50 and leave the shop with thank you
