If my room was a class higher, it was in the basement, with sealed windows, with crazy audibility, 12-13 meters in size. They say the hotel is fully booked, but at the same time they are ready to upgrade for money. God, it's good that it's only one night! I was forced to stay overnight. Next, I have Sea Containers, which, alas, had no rooms for that night. And I decided to rent a hotel near the park …. take a walk. This was a very big mistake. I do not recommend. The manager never came, he was busy all the hour and a half that I was waiting for him. The alarm went off at 8 am. All the hotel guests went outside to wait. There are not so many guests. So there are vacant rooms. But you will be settled in the basement, so that you pay extra for the floor. There is no other explanation! I managed to sleep for an hour. Hearing is just terrible. When they walk over you, it feels like it's on your head. Why, you can hear the neighbors cell phone ringing. This is my biggest travel nightmare.
P.S. Amazing response from the manager on TripAdvisor. He writes that I was rude. Ha ha, but I don't speak English and communicated through Google translator, as well as through Agoda operators. He probably didn't take this into account when he tried to justify his lack of professionalism!) You can write whatever you like according to the words of the administrator. But if you are worried about the comfort of your guests, you could find time and come to the hotel. It is strange to read this, when the hotel manager did not even consider it necessary to come, I waited for him for 1.5 hours. He was not present during the conversation. Just consulted the receptionist on the phone. He, in turn, strongly recommended to pay another 50 pounds, so that I could be moved from the basement to the floor above. Nobody tried to do anything! And there is no question of any comfort. Because the sound is incredible. The point is not the size of the room, but the fact that it is located in the basement, without light and sound insulation, from the word at all. And there is no information about it. The hotel manager also writes in his answer that the superior studio is the lowest category room. But all websites say otherwise. It is a pity that the hotel does not have the courage to admit their mistakes.

Хуже быть не могло! И это супер-студия. Боюсь представить какой классический номер и просто студия. Если мой номер классом выше, находился в подвале, с заклеенными окнами, с сумасшедшей слышимостью, размером 12-13 метров. Говорят отель полностью забронирован, но при этом готовы сделать апгрейд за деньги. Боже, хорошо что только одна ночь! Вынужден была переночевать. Далее у меня Sea Containers, в котором увы, на эту ночь не было номеров. И я решила сниму отель возле парка….погуляю. Это было очень большой ошибкой. Не рекомендую. Менеджер так и не пришёл, занят был все полтора часа что я его ждала. В 8 утра сработала сигнализация. Все гости отеля вышли на улицу в ожидании. Постояльцев не так уж и много. То есть свободные комнаты есть. Но вас будут заселять в подвал, чтоб вы доплачивали за этаж. Другого объяснения нет! Поспать удалось час. Слышимость просто ужас. Когда над вами ходят, ощущение что по голове. Да что там, слышно как звонит мобильный телефон у соседей. Это мой самый большой кошмар за весь период путешествий.
P.S. Удивительный ответ менеджера на TripAdvisor. Он пишет, что я грубила. Ха-ха, но я не говорю по английски и общалась через Гугл переводчик, а так же через операторов Агода. Наверное, он это не учёл, когда попытался оправдать свой непрофессионализм!) Можно писать все что угодно со слов администратора. Но если вы беспокоитесь о комфорте своих гостей, можно было найти время и прийти в отель. Странно такое читать, когда менеджер отеля даже не посчитал нужным прийти, я прождала его 1,5 часа. Он не присутствовал при разговоре. Просто консультировал портье по телефону. Тот в свою очередь настоятельно рекомендовал заплатить ещё 50 фунтов, чтоб меня из подвала пересилили на этаж выше. Никто ничего не пытался сделать! И ни о каком комфорте не может идти речь. Ибо слышимость невероятная. Дело не в размере комнаты, а то, что она находится в подвале, без света и звукоизоляции, от слова совсем. И об этом нет никакой информации. Так же менеджер отеля в своём ответе пишет, что superior studio номер самой низшей категории. Но на всех сайтах указано обратное. Жаль, что отель не имеет смелости признавать свои ошибки.
