Google Bad Review: At first service was ok, when it was time to move from the property they rented me it was a whole different story. The property they initially rented me was basically falling apart and needed severe updating. The kitchen was a mess not to mention the bathroom, everything in the property needs updating to a better quality. Poor ventilation in the kitchen, having water coming from the ceiling unto my food etc. when I mentioned this to Sue during the inspections, she herself said how the property was smelling damp but yet did not encouraged or mentioned this to the landlord. The carpets DIRTY with stains!
Then they tried to cheat me over £700 from my deposit for updating and redecorating the property even though on their inventory list confirmed that there were already dirty marks and stains on the walls and carpets before I moved in. These people were having a laugh, under no circumstance would I let them have such money from my deposit, luckily I had taken my own pictures before moving my stuff in the property because I was ready to take these people to court for my money.
Landlord has no intention of updating the property, before I moved, I got to understand this was the reason the previous tenant left.
Nothing but a big CHEAT and LIE! Would never rent from them again but if you do, take pictures of the state of the property before moving in as evidence.
